Refund Policy

Our refund policy has been devised to define the situations under which Pinnacle Web Solutions India will provide a refund, the procedure for claiming a refund and the responsibility of Pinnacle Web Solutions India in circumstances resulting in such a claim. By registering for any of our services you are declaring that you accept and agree with all the terms and conditions outlined in the refund policy.

All the information that we collect is utilized for bettering our web site’s content, to notify the clients about our website updates or to look into the problem with their request. In case you do not want to receive any email from us in the future, please inform us by writing into us either through e-mail or letter.

In line with providing our customers with the best quality and client experience, we have established a considerate cancellation & refund policy.

We plan each project by dividing work into milestones.

All projects begin with a complete discovery/analysis and the creation of a scope of work document. This is done to make sure that both parties have a complete understanding of the work required and thus eliminate the potential for project cancellations, reversals, or disputes.

As there is time spent to achieve every milestone and complete every module, a refund is not possible for work already completed or used of services.

No payment will be refunded once the client approves mock-up designs and we move into the development phase of the project.

There are no partial refunds for projects mid-way through a milestone phase. No cancellations are entertained for services that our marketing team has offered on special occasions. These are limited-time offers and cannot be canceled. Digital marketing packages are not refundable, but the client may cancel with a notice written 30 days in advance.

Refund Policy: Before you begin a relationship with us, we recommend you test/DEMO of our services. We do not refund any time and in any case, once the transaction is executed unless the company agreed.

In the event of a project terminated on a mutual basis, the client has control of all completed work and any payment for further development will become void. No previous payment or deposit would be refunded.

In this case, the company decided to pay back the money it takes 15 to 45 working days but no later than the date of application by the Company via email (registered with the company) or regular mail. All fees and monthly fees (pro-rata), the cost of services, processing fee*, etc. may be considered during the refund amount.

Optional: If you are using a third-party portal and you faced any problem from our associate end, then the refund policy will be considered of the associates to whom your services are connected/Live and we only can be a source of the communication establisher to help clear the conflict asap.
